Draft Mood board for Catwalk Hair ideas.

For this mood board I have taken inspiration again from African tribes I have researched. For this shoot I can be a little bit more extreme with my work and want to take on board the visual impact these tribesmen and womens hair has on me. There is so much texture, detail and effort put into their hair designs. I will look into the process of their designs and see a way in which I can produce this effect myself. From looking at the images I have already started to design in my head the type of hair I would like to interpret into my shoot. I like the idea of the basket weave; I have included some images into this mood board. I think the weave reflects the braiding, the texture and way of like of the African tribesmen and women. It gives an almost authentic feel to the earthy, naturalness of their culture.
